A CMA will compare your home to recent sales in your area and determine a price your market can bear.  This is a two step process.  First, we will view your property and note its features and condition.  Second, we will complete the detailed CMA at my office and deliver it to you to you.  Two steps are necessary since all homes are not the same. It is painstakingly prepared to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident as we proceed to reach this important first goal.
