| About Thunderjets... ThunderJets® The best of the best are here with Thunderjets! The Thunderjets are cars with plastic bodies, have pull-back, spring-actuated motors, and die-cast chassis. The bodies fit previously released slot car chassis. Also, no track or batteries are required. There are 12 cars in each series with more to come! THUNDERJET 500 The bodies fit previously released Thunderjet and Tuff- Ones HO [slot car] chassis. They're available in six original Thunderjet models along with six new, never-before produced models. The bodies will come in both original and new colors. Each car comes in an individual blister box. The bodies just screw right on to the chassis! Original models include: Willy's Gasser, Snake Eyes, Dodge Charger, Pontiac® GTO™, Chevy® Corvette®, and the Ford Mustang (Available in pink, purple, and chrome blue.) New models include: Dodge Challenger, Corvette Grand Sport™, Chevy Chevelle™, Ford Fairlane Stock Car, Dodge Daytona Stock Car, and the Chevy Camaro® (Available in black, red, chrome, and lime green.) New for 2000 - Chevy Corvette's visor matches the color of the seats; Pontiac GTO now has red tail lights; Willy's Gasser has a silver license plate on the front and red tail lights; Ford Mustang's convertible stayed the same, but the Fastback's top and side match the body color and have a stripe on the hood, roof, and trunk, as well as the stock hood is flat black with silver trim. THUNDERJETS The bodies fit previously released Aurora AFX and current Tomy Super-G Plus HO chassis. These models are available in six original Aurora models along with six new, never-before produced models. Bodies will come in various colors as before, PLUS some new, never-before produced colors. Comes with a pull-back, spring-actuated motor and die-cast chassis. Each car comes in an individual blister box. Original models include: 70s Pro Stock, 70s Stock Car, Chevy Corvette, Baja Bug, Chevy Nomad®, and the Acme Stock Car (Available in pink, purple, and chrome blue.) New models include: Plymouth Hemi Cuda, Dodge Viper GTS, Ford Mustang, 90s Stock Car, Buick® Grand National™, and the Dodge Ram Truck (Available in black, red chrome, and lime green.) New for 2000 - 70s Stock Car has headlight and hood pin sprays in silver; Chevy Corvette has a black visor, the sides of the stock roof are black, and the driver is now painted; 70s Pro Stock car has silver hood pins; and Dodge Ram Truck has the trim sprayed silver or black.
